Monarch Corp. is owner/general contractor of the 42-storey, 476-unit building that includes fitness facilities, a theatre, retail and four levels of underground parking. The project was designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects Inc. Consultants are: Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. (structural); M V Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Mike Niven Interior Design and MBTW Landscape.
Subcontractors include: Michael Bros. Excavating; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.; Italform Ltd. C & T Reinforcing Steel Co.
