The owner is the Peel District School Board and the project was designed by Stafford Haensli Architects Inc. Mechanical/electrical consultant is Jain & Associates Ltd. and Neumann & Associates is the structural consultant. Subcontractors include: Max Excavating; DNM Steel (structural steel); Bernel Masonry; Municipal Mechanical; Nekison Electric; Lab Flooring and Flynn Canada (roofing).
