Work is nearing the top floor of The Shores condominium project in Oakville, Ont.
Construction manager Dominus Construction Group Ltd. began the 10-storey, 209-unit building in early 2010 and completion is scheduled for March 2012. The project will include retail, an exercise room, roof top amenities with outdoor pool and underground parking. The owners are Cityzen Development Group in a joint venture with Fernbrook Homes and the architect is IBI Group Page & Steele Inc. Structural consultant is Jablonsky Ast & Partners and MBTW Watchorn is landscape architect.
