Construction is moving upwards at the Encore at Equinox condominium project in Scarborough, Ont.
Owner/developer Monarch Corp. in a joint venture with The Goldman Group have completion of the 39-storey, 403-unit project scheduled for 2013. The tower will also have fitness facilities, a party room, theatre and three levels of underground parking. The project was designed by Graziani & Corazza Architects Inc. Consultants are: Genivar (structural) and United Engineering Group.
Subtrades include: Michael Bros. Excavating; Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Consolidated 2000 Inc. (formwork); Salit Steel (rebar); Dufferin Concrete; Network Mechanical; Cooltech Services Ltd. (HVAC) and Primeline Windows Inc.
