Work continues on the 1000 Mt. Pleasant Road apartment building in Toronto. Project manager Lewis Builds Corp. has completion of the 13-storey, 155-unit building scheduled for October 2010.
The building will include a mechanical penthouse and two levels of existing underground parking. The project was designed by Fliess Gates McGowan Easton Architects Inc.
Consultants are: Goodeve Manhire (structural); and Jain and Associates (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include: Blu-Mar Excavating & Grading; Anchor Shoring & Caissons Ltd.; Salit Steel Ltd.; Verdi Alliance (formwork); Architectural Precast Systems Inc.; All Railings (structural steel); CBM (concrete); Village Masonry; University Plumbing & Heating; Mapleview Electrical; and Kone Inc. (elevators).
