Landscape work is underway for the two-storey, 43,000-square-foot addition to the Richmond Hill Montessori and Elementary Private School in Richmond Hill, Ont. General contractor for the $8.5-million project is Garritano Bros Ltd. and the architect is IBI Group Architects. Consultants are: Stephenson Engineering (structural); Jain & Associates Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Feherty & Associates (civil); and Graham Hess & Associates (landscape). Subcontractors include: North West Contracting (site work); Istar Contracting (formwork); Salit Steel (rebar); Precast Structures Inc.; Central Steel (structural steel); Innocon Inc. (concrete); Arriscraft/Mickey Masonry (masonry); J.
