TORONTO — A new condo development along the Yonge and Finch corridor was recently topped off at 29-storeys, marking a milestone for Capital Developments’ Olive Residences.
“We are very excited about Olive Residences, one of four projects we have put in the ground in the last three years.” said Carlo Timpano, president of Capital Developments, in a statement. “Olive Residences will build on Azura Condominiums, our first tower in the area.”
Launched in January 2023, Olive Residences broke ground in May 2023 and will feature 379 units.
Designed by architecture firm Arcadis, the project blends glass, brick and metal for a refined and elegant presence, explains a release.
Inside, the building features over 11,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a terrace, VR sports room, fitness studio, bocce courts and kids’ activity room.
Occupancy is slated to begin in the fall.
