An Urban Village grows in Surrey

WestStone Group is creating a master-planned community called Urban Village in Surrey, B.C.

With more than 2,000 units proposed, the Urban Village project is part of the revitalization of Surrey City Centre.

Construction of the development began in January 2008. It is scheduled for completion by late 2009 or early 2010.

The architect is Patrick Cotter Architect Inc. The consulting engineers are John Bryson & Partners (structural), SRC Engineering Ltd. (mechanical and electrical), Phoenix Environmental Service Ltd. (environmental) and GeoPacific Consultants Ltd. (Geotechnical).
