Construction progresses on the Gooderham Condominiums at the Distillery in Toronto, Ontario.
Tucker Hi-Rise Construction Ltd. is construction manager of the 37-storey, 325 unit project and the owner is Cityscape Development Corp. Completion has been scheduled for 2013 and the tower will include two levels of underground parking, fitness facility, a multi-purpose room, swimming pool, roof top terrace and two guest suites.
The project was designed by architectsAlliance and subtrades include: Anpro Environmental Group Inc. (excavating) and Deep Foundations Contractors Ltd. (foundation).
