Developer The Pemberton Group and general contractor Saddlebrook Construction Inc. are working to a steady beat at the Pulse Condominium project at Yonge Street and Finch Avenue in Toronto.
Work at the Pulse includes one 27-storey tower and one 26-storey tower. Together, the towers offer a total of 510 units and three levels of underground parking.
The project, designed by Burka Varacalli Architects, also includes billiards and fitness rooms and virtual golf.
Consultants are Adjeleian Allen Rubeli Ltd. (structural); TeGi Engineering (mechanical/electrical); and NAK Design Group (landscape).
