Work is underway for the Dr. Oetker Pizza Plant in London, Ont.

McKay-Cocker Construction Ltd. began the three-storey facility in April 2012 and completion is scheduled for September 2013. The architect and mechanical/electrical consultant is Mallot Creek Group. Consultants are: SPH Engineering Inc. (structural); Cole Engineering (refrigeration) and AON (fire protection).

Subcontractors include: Blue-Con Construction (excavating); McKay-Cocker Construction (formwork); Dietrich Steel (rebar); Prestressed Systems Inc. (precast); Burnco Manufacturing Inc. (structural steel); Lafarge Canada (concrete); GA Masonry; London Caulking & Installations (waterproofing); Trade Mark Industrial Inc.
