CRCE Construction Ltd. and subcontractor VIP Construction are working on Yorkville Avenue between Bay Street and Avenue Road in Toronto, Ont.
The $4.852 million project includes replacing the watermain and substandard water service, replacing asphalt with a concrete unit paver road surface, reconstructing the sidewalk and installing streetscaping. On adjoining Bellair Street the watermains will be replaced and the road will be streetscaped. It is part of the city’s 2015 Capital Works Construction Program. The work began in April 2015 and is expected to be completed in July.
