Construction manager for the 26-storey black and white tower with 233 units is Brookfield Multiplex and the developer is Centre Court Developments. The tower will have a three-storey podium with stone and heritage facades, a fitness centre, party room, outdoor terrace, a guest suite and five levels of underground parking. Completion has been scheduled for early 2017 and the project was designed by Page + Steele/IBI Group. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast + Partners (structural); Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical) and Cecconi Simone Inc. (interior design).
