HAMILTON, ONT. — The Hamilton-Halton Construction Association will present members with Safety Awards at its 104th Annual General Meeting and Dinner in Hamilton April 4, recognizing member firms who have achieved an excellent injury/frequency score in 2022/2023 and are awarded based on average hours worked.
Forty-eight HHCA members earned an excellent score of 1.0 or less.
The awards will be presented to:
- Category 1 – 500,000 average hours worked and over: Alberici Constructors, Ltd., AlumaSafway Inc., Pomerleau Inc., Sobotec Ltd., Soletanche Bachy Canada Inc., Walter’s Field Services Inc.
- Category 2 – 250,000 to 499,999 average hours worked: Barclay Constructors Ltd., L. J. Barton Mechanical Inc., Modern Niagara Southwestern Ontario Inc.
- Category 3 – 100,00 to 249,999 average hours worked: Wm. Groves Ltd., E.C. Power & Lighting Ltd., First Response Environmental (2012) Inc., George Roque Roofing Corp., Menard Canada Inc., Schilthuis Construction Inc., McGowan Insulations, Fairway Electrical Services Inc., Schreiber Brothers Ltd., King Paving & Construction Ltd., Inscan Contractors Inc., Triple Crown Enterprises Ltd., Tee Jay Instrumentation Services Ltd., York1 Waste Collection (Hamilton) Ltd., Mattina Mechanical Ltd.
