TORONTO – An Urban Design Studio by Mattamy Homes has been awarded the Gold Award for Best Design Centre at The Nationals, which is presented by the U.S.-based National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
The awards program recognizes excellence in design, sales and marketing.
Mattamy’s Urban Design Studio, which was envisioned with Figure3, provides homebuyers with curated designer packages.
The studio features:
- A functional layout that simplifies the home-personalization process.
- An innovative approach to the homebuying journey.
- Two model kitchens and one model washroom, along with multiple features like laundry closets, door selections, EV charge stations, enabling homeowners the opportunity to touch and feel the product and understand scale.
Mattamy’s Urban Design Studio has facilitated more than 800 design appointments since its opening in 2023, a release reads.
