VANCOUVER — The Canada Green Building Council’s Building Lasting Change (BLC) conference is returning to Vancouver this June and will feature CBRE Canada’s Paul Morassutti as the keynote speaker.
With decades of experience and a wide-ranging background in institutional real estate and land development, Morassutti is recognized as a trusted expert and go-to source on market trends, asset valuation and navigating the evolving regulatory landscape, states a CAGBC release.
Morassutti will provide his perspective to BLC attendees on how sustainability and decarbonization are reshaping real estate investment, development and operations.
The conference takes place June 18 to 20 at the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver and will include two streams. The Business Stream helps real estate executives, investors and decision-makers navigate the financial and regulatory challenges and benefits of decarbonization.
The Technical Stream equips architects, engineers and builders with practical solutions to implement high-performance, low-carbon building strategies, the council states.
