Cadillac Fairview completes Pointe Claire project
Cadillac Fairview today announced the completion of its latest renovation project, at CF Fairview Pointe Claire in Pointe Claire, Que. The project involved upgrades to the centre’s common areas, exterior facades and food court, newly named the District Gourmand. The mall’s expanded dining section will feature 17 new food retailers as well as four dine-in restaurants.
CPPIB invests in Indian infrastructure trust
The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board today announced the acquisition of an additional 15.9 per cent of the total units in India-based IndInfravit Trust through two separate transactions. IndInfravit is an infrastructure investment trust sponsored by L&T Infrastructure Development Projects Limited. The combined spending on the two transactions is $173 million.
A.W. Leil opens Saint John office
A.W. Leil Cranes and Equipment announced this morning that it has opened a branch in Saint John, N.B. The branch will be focused on servicing the Saint John, Fredericton and surrounding areas. A.W. Leil company operates a fleet of 50 cranes across six offices.
