Bondfield Construction is leading the consortium selected to rebuild the Runnymede Healthcare Centre, replacing the existing older facility.
Financing for the project was arranged by the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board. Financial close is expected within the next few weeks, with construction following shortly thereafter. Project costs will be released at financial close.
The new facility, to be constructed on Runnymede Healthcare Centre’s current site, will increase capacity to 200 beds and provide complex continuing care for adults.
