Work moves upward at The Rezen condominiums at Adelaide and Frederick Streets in Toronto.
General contractor for the 13-storey, 135-unit project is Life Construction and the owner is Times Group Corp.
The project includes three levels of underground parking and retail on the ground floor. Completion is scheduled for spring 2008.
The project was designed by Robert Chang Architect Inc.
Consultants are: NCK Engineering (structural); Jain & Associates Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and PD3 Planning & Design Solutions (landscape). Subcontractors include Oak Site Preparation Inc. (excavation); Shor Cais Consulting Ltd. (shoring/caissons); Resform Construction Ltd. (formwork); C & T Reinforcing Steel Co. (1987) Ltd. (rebar supply); Innocon Inc. (concrete supply); Denham Masonry Ltd.; Global Plumbing & Heating (mechanical); OZZ Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (electrical); Quest Window Systems Inc.; Protech Roofing Waterproofing Ltd.; Otis Canada Inc. (elevators); and Trinity Contracting & Landscaping.
