SNC-Lavalin acquires Quéformat Ltd.

SNC-Lavalin’s Qualitas Division has acquired Quéformat Ltd., a 35 year-old Longueuil, Quebec firm specializing in materials engineering, geotechnology and environmental sciences, and roofs and waterproofing.

SNC-Lavalin’s Qualitas Division has acquired Quéformat Ltd., a 35 year-old Longueuil, Quebec firm specializing in materials engineering, geotechnology and environmental sciences, and roofs and waterproofing.

Quéformat’s 115 employees will bring Qualitas employees to a total of nearly 800.

“We are very happy to welcome Quéformat to our ranks because doing so will further enhance Qualitas’ presence in Montérégie as well as in Greater Montreal, and will confirm our status as a leader in our areas of expertise,” said Charles Malenfant, Senior Vice-President and General Manager of the Qualitas Division.
