Townline Construction is converting the former Hudson Bay store in downtown Victoria, B.C. into residential space.
Vancouver-based Townline Group of Companies and its Townline Construction division are the major players in the conversion of the 80-year-old Hudson Bay building in Victoria, B.C. into 152 high-end condos, lofts and courtyard residences.
The aptly-named Hudson is set to debut in late 2009.
The back of the former department store and the partially-demolished parkade will eventually become an interior courtyard and retail space. The building has been vacant since May 2003.
