Two luxury Vancouver Island condos will be sold without minimum bids or reserve prices at upcoming auctions conducted by Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (NYSE and TSX: RBA).
On April 18 and 19, interested buyers can inspect both properties for themselves.
A 1,211 sq ft, two-bedroom penthouse suite with ocean and mountain views in the Trumpeter's Landing development in Courtenay will be sold at an unreserved auction in Edmonton on April 29, 2009; it can be inspected on Saturday, April 18 from 1 – 4 p.m. ..A 1,095 sq ft, one-bedroom ocean-view condo in the Onyx at Craig Bay in Parksville will be sold at an unreserved auction in Vancouver on May 30; it can be inspected on Sunday, April 19 from 1 – 4 p.m.
Interested buyers unable to attend the auctions in person can bid in real time over the internet or by proxy.
