Giffels Corporation has hired Steven Moffatt as chief operating officer. He brings 25 years of construction expertise to the newly created position.

Moffatt’s role is to oversee and administer the construction delivery process for all projects within Giffels’ three lines of business: construction, design-build and partnership solutions.

Toronto-based Giffels Corporation is an Ingenium Group company.
