The hospital was designed by Parkin Architects Ltd. Consultants are Stantec Consulting Ltd. (structural) and The Walter Fedy Partnership (mechanical/electrical). Subcontractors include: Blue-Con Inc. (site services); EllisDon Corp (foundation); Oxford Builders Supplies London (formwork); CBM (concrete); Northwood Carpet & Tile; Continental Cabinet; Associated Painting Ltd.; Comstock Canada Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Ritz Sheet Metal Inc. (siding); Flynn Canada (roofing); Glass Canada Ltd.; and Delta Elevator Co. Ltd.
