The project will include a lounge, billiards room, fitness centre and cyber caf&eacute.

Subcontractors include: Michael Bros Excavating; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.; Dufferin Concrete; Primo Mechanical; Jay Electric Ltd.; and Otis Canada (elevators).
