Design/build contractor Cooper Construction Ltd. has occupancy of the educational facility, which has been designed for LEED Silver certification, scheduled for September 2010.

Exterior work has reached the top floor of the new Ron Joyce Centre for Advanced Management Studies at McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business in Burlington, Ont.
Design/build contractor Cooper Construction Ltd. has occupancy of the educational facility, which has been designed for LEED Silver certification, scheduled for September 2010.
The project was designed by Young & Wright/IBI Group Architects.
Consultants are: Dorlan Engineering Consultants Inc. (structural); Crossey Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) Trafalgar Engineering (site services); and Strybos Barron King (landscape).
Subtrades include; Oak Site Preparation (excavation); Pro Caisson; Spencer Steel Ltd. (structural steel); Lafarge (concrete); Superior Sprinkler and Kone Inc. (elevators).
