Work continues on phase two of Altitude condos in Scarborough, Ont. The Conservatory Group is the owner/general contractor of the 20-storey project, with over 200 units. Completion has been scheduled for late 2011.
The project was designed by EI Richmond Architects Ltd. and Hudson Kruse Design is interior designer. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Conestoga Rovers & Associates (mechanical/electrical); Masongsong Associates Engineering Ltd. (civil) and Alexander Budrevics & Associates (landscape).
