The project was designed by Archway & Associates Architects.
Consultants are: Carmazan Engineering Inc. (structural) and Elcom Tech Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
Subcontractors include: Cardi Construction (excavation); Drillco Foundation Co. Ltd.; Reimar Forming & Construction (formwork); Paramount Steel Ltd.
