Work is moving along at the Gramercy Park Condominiums phases one and two on Wilson Avenue in Toronto, Ont.
Construction manager Tucker HiRise Construction has scheduled the project to be completed early in 2012 for owner/developer Malibu Investment Inc. The work includes one nine-storey and one six-storey building with a total of 265 units, a two-storey amenity building, ground floor retail and two levels of underground parking. The project was designed by IBI Group Page & Steele Inc. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical).
Subtrades include Anpro Excavating & Grading; Dolente (underground drainage); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.; Salit Steel (rebar); Delgant (Civil) Ltd. (formwork); RES Precast; Innocon Inc. (concrete); Venice Masonry; Lisi Mechanical; Nortown Electrical Contractors Associates; Cooltech Services (HVAC); Quest Window Systems Inc.; C & A Tedesco Waterproofing Inc. and Fujitec Canada Inc. (elevators).
