Construction manager of the two-building project designed for LEED Gold certification is EllisDon Corp. and it includes a health and sciences building, regular classroom space, retail and underground parking.
The project was designed by KPMB Architects/Stantec Architecture Ltd. and Daoust Lestage Inc. is the consultant. Subtrades include: Active Excavation; Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.; Structform International (formwork) and Harris Rebar.
