Window work is moving up on the Bisha Hotel and Residences on Blue Jays Way in Toronto, Ont.

Lifetime Developments is the owner and the construction manager is SkyGrid Construction Inc. The project includes one 44-storey tower containing 355 units with retail, a lounge, meeting space, fitness centre, a café, a rooftop restaurant/bar and pool and five levels underground parking. The project was designed by Wallman Architects and Studio Munge is the interior designer. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical). Subtrades include: Michael Bros. Excavating and Anchor Shoring and Caissons Ltd.
