Construction is moving upwards on the Aqualina at Bayside Toronto condominiums in Toronto.

Developer Tridel Corp. in a joint venture with Hines along with Deltera Inc. are constructing the 13-storey, 363-unit project that will have a games room, party room, fitness centre, spa, a theatre room, a rooftop lounge with bar, an outdoor terrace with pool and a barbecue area. The project was designed by Arquitectonica and working drawings were done by Kirkor Architects. Consultants are II BY IV DESIGN (interior) and DTAH/West 8 (landscape). Subtrades include: GFL Excavating; Straw (formwork); Jay Electric and Network Mechanical.
