Construction is moving along on the 2150 Condos at Birchmount Road and Lawrence Avenue in Scarborough, Ont.

General contractor for the project is VHL Developments Inc. The overall project includes three 19-storey towers with a total of 591 units, a second floor party room, fitness facilities, a guest suite, roof deck with barbecue area, a swimming pool, a sauna, a landscaped courtyard and an outdoor playground. Some ground level suites will have private yards. The architect for the project is Master Building Inc. and consultants are Barber Design Shop (interior) and M & M Design Consultants (landscape).
