Construction is moving along for the Aquavista at Bayside mixed-use development on Queens Quay East in Toronto.

Hines and Tridel Corp. are the owner/developers of the 12-storey, 277-unit project that will have a billiards lounge, bar and fireplace, dining area, a health and fitness centre, spinning and yoga studios, a private theatre, a second floor amenity terrace, infinity pool, fire pits, lounging alcoves, retail at grade and two levels of underground parking. Completion has been scheduled for late 2018 and the project has been designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification. The architects are Arquitectonia and Kirkor Architects & Planners. Consultants are: Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural); MCW Consultants Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); exp Services Inc. (civil); II BY IV DESIGN (interior); and Janet Rosenberg & Studio (landscape). Subtrades include GFL Environmental (excavation).
