Work is ongoing at the old Sutton Place Hotel at Bay and Wellesley that is being transformed into The Britt Residences in Toronto.
The developer of the 41-storey tower with almost 700 suites and an eight-storey podium is Lanterra Developments. Amenities will be on the second and ninth floors and include a spa, fitness room, party room, theatre room, a terrace and an outdoor pool. The project was designed by Page + Steele/IBI Group Architects and consultants are Smith + Andersen (mechanical/electrical), Munge Leung (interior designer) and NAK Design (landscape).
