Construction is reaching the top floor on the Berkeley Condominiums in Burlington, Ont.
The project by Carriage Gate Homes will be a 17-storey, 122-unit tower with a three-storey podium and retail on the ground floor. Amenities include a fitness studio, party room, billiards room, kitchen/bar with dining area, a fireplace lounge, guest suites and a rooftop terrace. The project was designed by Chamberlain Architect Services and consultants are MTE Consultants Inc. (structural) and Jain & Associates Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
