Balcony work continues on the Massey Tower mixed-use project on Yonge Street in Toronto.

Tucker HiRise Construction is building the 60-storey tower containing 699 suites, retail and commercial uses with one level of underground parking. The existing Canadian Bank of Commerce heritage building will be restored as part of the project. The owner is MOD Developments Inc. and the project was designed Hariri Pontarini Architects. ERA Architects is the heritage architect. Consultants are: Read Jones Christoffersen (structural); Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical); Cecconi Simone Inc. (interior); and Janet Rosenberg & Studio (landscape).
