OTTAWA — Minto Properties has announced plans for a full renovation of The James and The Gilmour, two highrise apartment buildings located in the Centretown neighbourhood of Ottawa.
The projects are now underway with expected completion in 2018.
The James, at 21 James St., and The Gilmour, at 420 Gilmour St., are home to 146 one-bedroom units. The renovations will include interior units, amenity spaces and exterior common areas, and will feature renovated kitchens, new appliances, refinished floors, in-suite laundry, redecorated lobbies and corridors, a new party room, a new outdoor lounge and barbecue area, landscaping and new windows.
