Construction is ongoing for the Redpath Condos at 150 Redpath Ave. in Toronto.

The developers of the project are Capital Developments and Freed Developments. The project is being constructed by Broccolini Construction and the work includes a 38-storey, 543-unit tower with a podium and retail. Amenities will include a party room, gym, yoga studio and a lounge. The project is scheduled for completion in 2019 and the project was designed by architectsAlliance. Consultants are: Jablonsky Ast + Partners (structural); Able Engineering (mechanical/electrical); Johnson Chou (interior design); and NAK Design Strategies (landscape). Subtrades include St. Marys (concrete).
