Concrete work continues for the Beech House boutique condominiums on Kingston Road in Toronto.

The project, by Mitchell & Associates and built by LCL Builds, will consist of a seven-storey building with 95 terraced suites and a state-of-the-art YMCA facility on the ground floor and first basement level. The YMCA will have a gym, pool, therapy pool, group fitness areas, child minding as well as spaces for youth and community programs. The project was designed by Richard Ziegler Architect Inc.
