Installation of sheathing is underway on the 80 Atlantic Avenue project in Toronto.
Developer of the five-storey timber-frame building that will contain office and retail space with two levels of underground parking is Hullmark Developments Ltd. and Eastern Construction Ltd. is the construction manager. Completion has been scheduled for spring 2019. The architect for the project is Quadrangle and the structural consultant is Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. Subtrades include Timmerman Timberworks Inc. (timber frame installer) and Nordic Structures is the supplier of the glulam columns and beams.
