TORONTO — The Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (CFAA) recently recognized Minto Apartments with the Renovation of the Year award for the renovation of its interior lobby spaces at High Park Village in Toronto.
The CFAA National Awards program acknowledges excellence and notable achievements of landlords, suppliers and landlord associations in the rental housing industry, indicates a release.
Designing functional areas that residents can enjoy as an extension of their home, the renovation program included a new conversation area, workplace, and reading space with modern wall coverings and colours creating a clean, contemporary look, states the release. Sustainable elements such as energy-efficient LED pot lights and double-pane glazing units were incorporated to create an environmentally friendly area where residents can commune, work and relax.
