Construction continues for the office and retail project at 99 Atlantic Ave. in Toronto.

Kevric Real Estate Corporation is the owner and SKYGRiD Construction Inc. is the builder. The work includes an eight-storey loft-style office with retail space and four levels of underground parking. The building will have showers for occupants, an outdoor roof terrace and has been designed to achieve LEED silver. The architect for the project is WZMH Architects and consultants are Stephenson Engineering Ltd. (structural), The HIDI Group (mechanical/electrical), Aquatech (civil) and Johnson Sustronk Weinstein (JSW) & Associates (landscape). Subtrades include GFL Environmental.
