Floors are moving up at the Bluffs Condos on Kingston Road in Toronto.

The owner is SKALE Developments and the construction manager is Accel Construction Management. The work includes one nine-storey, 188-suite building with three levels of underground parking and ground floor commercial space. Amenities will include a gym, media lounge, private dining room and outdoor terrace. The architects for the project are RAW Design and Zanjani Architect Inc. Consultants are: NCK Engineering Ltd. (structural); MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Pinestone Engineering Ltd. (civil); Figure 3 (interior); and Adesso Design Inc. (landscape).
