TORONTO — Alterra has unveiled a boutique nine-storey condo project in Toronto’s Bedford neighbourhood consisting solely of high-end penthouses.
The project, billed as 321 Davenport by Alterra, has 18 penthouse suites with floorplans ranging up to 4,000 square feet, with an option to create larger units.
The units begin at $2.5 million, states a March 2 release. The site is between Yorkville and The Annex in mid-town Toronto. The architect is Giannone Petricone Associates.
Construction will include acoustically treated walls and flooring, solid concrete block party walls for sound insulation and added security, and multiple heating and cooling zones throughout each residence.
Among the amenities will be a professional catering kitchen, designed in consultation with local restaurant Sotto Sotto.
The feature is intended to serve as a second kitchen and private dining room. The development will also feature a fitness centre with private space for personal training.
