PHOTO: It’s a Bird, It’s a Crane

Workers recently relocated the tower crane from the secondary entrance to the main entrance for the new Oakwood Station at Oakwood and Eglinton Avenues in Toronto that is part of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT project.

The station will be underground with two entrances and 24 outdoor bicycle parking spaces. The owners are Metrolinx/Toronto Transit Commission and Infrastructure Ontario is the owners’ rep. Crosslinx Transit Solutions is the consortium for the project and consists of ACS-Dragados, Aecon, EllisDon and SNC-Lavalin. Completion on the station is expected in 2021.
