Construction is moving up at 75 on The Esplanade condos in Toronto.
The project by Carttera Private Equities Inc. and Harhay Developments includes one 29-storey tower with 350 suites atop a seven-storey podium with retail space. Amenities will include a party room, an exercise room, an outdoor barbecue, multiple dining areas, and an outdoor pool and terrace. The project was designed by architectsAlliance and II BY IV DESIGN is the interior designer. The landscape designer is Juhan Marten Landscape. Subtrades include Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.
