Excavating work continues as a drone takes flight over the St. Clair Village Condos by Canderel Residential & Kingsett Capital on St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto.
The builder for the project is Gillam Group and the work includes one 12-storey, 122-suite mid-rise building containing a wine lounge and co-working space with retail at grade. The amenities will include a fitness centre, an indoor/outdoor multipurpose area and a furnished rooftop terrace. Completion has been scheduled for late 2021 and the project was designed by BDP Quadrangle Architects Ltd. Subtrades include Shor-Cais Foundation Contractors (shoring), Dufferin Concrete and Active Excavating. Check out the DCN’s Drone Zone footage of several sites along St. Clair.
