Construction has reached the rooftop of the Gloucester on Yonge Condos in Toronto.
The project by Concord Adex includes a 44-storey tower dropping down to 18 storeys on one end with over 400 suites, a mechanical penthouse and a four-storey podium with retail. There will also be office space and underground parking with a direct path to Wellesley subway station. The project will also feature Concord’s BioSpace virus and bacteria mitigation systems. Amenities will include a fitness centre, yoga area, theatre/presentation room, meeting room, library, coffee bar, lounge/kitchen, a resort level pool and guest suites. The project was designed by architectsAlliance and ERA Architects is the heritage architect.
