The DCN Drone Zone is once again taking to the skies to revisit two sites along St. Clair Avenue in Toronto.
The St. Clair Village Condos and the Eight Forty on St. Clair condos continue to take shape and the DCN Drone Zone wants to show you how the two projects are progressing. Take a look.
St. Clair Village Condos
Below-grade work progresses at the St. Clair Village Condos on St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto. The work includes one 12-storey, 122-suite mid-rise building containing a wine and co-working lounge with retail at grade. The amenities will include a fitness centre, an indoor/outdoor multipurpose area and a furnished rooftop terrace.

Eight Forty on St. Clair
Rooftop work continues at the Eight Forty on St. Clair condos on St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto. The project includes one nine-storey, 116-suite building with two levels of underground parking and retail on the ground floor. Amenities will include an indoor party room and an outdoor lounge.
